Agenda:
1. JOURNAL #1- In the journal section of your notebook, explain:
     a] how did your break go?
     b] how has sophomore year been going?
     c] how has English class been going?
     d] what do you expect and hope for out of fourth Q ?
2. View the list of Essential Questions for this quarter/unit here or on the handout.  Rank them below in your journal.
3. Discuss with your partner the following:
     a] does it even matter that think about these type of deep questions?
     b] is there a point to thinking about these kind of questions?
     c] what difference does it make to think about these kind of questions?
     d] do these kinds of questions actually get answered in the real world?
     e] should we be asking these questions in a 10th grade classroom?

Target Practice: I can reflect on my experience as a 10th grade student and think critically about my education. Yah or nah?
